The Working Families Party has a new program for volunteers who want to make a difference in New York. Our Campaigners are given additional opportunities to influence the direction of our campaigning and take leadership in our on-line and off-line activities.
In the past few months, campaigners have:
- Helped promote our message on blogs, newspaper website and Facebook
- Signed up to work with local organizers on Fair Share Tax Reform events
- Answered a survey about our work (because your opinion counts for more!)
Campaigners are the heart of our online efforts. For that reason, you can always contact me with suggestions about how we can grow the party and win more victories for the middle- and working-classes of New York State.
If you sign on, you’ll be added to a list that gets one extra email per week (on average). We ask that you devote one hour a week, minimum, to helping with our special campaigns. In exchange, you’ll hear about our latest projects, get briefings that used to be shared only with chapter leaders and board members, invites to conference calls, and a chance to join electoral and issue campaigns before anyone else.
