It is encouraging to see a program that is focused toward families that are not on “the system”. Thousands of New Yorker’s work millions of hours a year just to scratch a living, only to be denied by the social service system because they make $500 a year too much. Finally there is something to help the common “Joe” out of the rut he is in and make the transition into an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The smartest thing to come along since “The Big Deal.”
