El Diario’s editorial board came out today in favor of the Earned Paid Sick Leave bill, calling the high number of low-wage workers who lack paid sick days “immoral and irresponsible.”
The bill, which has 38 co-sponsors in the City Council, is backed by the Working Families Party and a broad coalition of advocates and policy experts.
