Candidates: are you looking to apply for the Working Families Party endorsement for a 2009 race? Fill out the questionnaire for your region. (Please note: judicial candidates must use the judicial questionnaire).
The Working Families endorsement process has two steps.
1. All non-NYC candidates submit the on-line questionnaire by May 1st.
2. Candidate screening interviews begin in mid-May. You will be contacted to set up an interview after your questionnaire is completed.

The questionnaire will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. It is best to try and complete the questionnaire in one sitting. If you change computers or delete your browsing history your progress will be deleted and you will have to start over. If you use the same computer you can resume your progress at anytime. Before submitting the questionnaire you will have a chance to review your answers by using the back button. Upon completion a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.
DEADLINES
-May 1st, 2009 is the last day to fill out questionnaires for local offices outside of New York City and for Judicial positions.
-May 5th, 2009 is the last day to fill out questionnaires for New York City offices and District Attorney.

District Attorney Candidates – All counties
Long Island Candidates – All county and local offices in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
New York City Council Candidates – City Council candidates only.
New York City Borough President Candidates – All Boroughs
Westchester & Putnam Candidates - All county and local offices in Westchester and Putnam counties.
Capital District Candidates - All county and local offices in the following counties: Columbia, Greene, Schoharie, Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Montgomery, Fulton, Saratoga, Washington, Warren.
Central NY Candidates - All county and local offices in the following counties: Cayuga, Onondaga, Madison, Oswego,
Southern Tier Candidates – All county and local offices in the following counties: Steuben, Yates, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Cortland, Tioga, Broome, Chenango, Otsego.
Fingerlakes Region Candidates – All county and local offices in the following counties:Monroe, Wayne, Livingston, Ontario, Seneca.
Western NY Candidates – All county and local offices in the following counties: Niagara, Orleans, Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegheny.
Candidates in all other regions - All county and local offices in the following counties: Rockland, Orange, Duchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Delaware, Herkimer, Oneida, Lewis, Jefferson, St. Lawrence, Hamilton, Essex, Franklin, & Clinton.
Judicial Candidates – All judicial candidates must fill out the NY statewide judicial questionnaire. (Please note: the WFP will not be making NYC judicial endorsements.)
