Joe Mesi for Senate!

Joe Mesi is running for State Senate in the 61st District (Erie and Genesee Counties). He knows something about putting up a fight (literally in this case, as he’s a former boxer). From a blue collar, union family, he knows the challenges facing working families because he’s lived them. He’s watched as living-wage, family-supporting jobs have become harder and harder to find in Western New York.

In the fight for an economy that works for everyone, it’s hard to imagine a better ally.

Dave Chudy, Vice-Chair of the WFP’s Western New York Chapter said “Joe Mesi is one of us. He understands firsthand the issues and struggles that are affecting working families. Whether it be fighting for living wage jobs, Paid Family Leave, property tax relief, or smart, creative economic development, Joe Mesi will fight for us in the State Senate and the WFP is proud to stand with Joe as we work to reclaim and reform Albany.”

With the primary behind us, the Joe Mesi’s campaign is retooling for the general election on November 4th.
