In 2008, change is finally coming to Washington. But to make real reform for working families - from universal healthcare, to ending the war in Iraq, to paid family leave or strengthening workers’ rights - we need to to make sure we have a working families-friendly Congress ready to help lead the fight.
This fall, two retiring Republicans who have consistently failed working families are retiring. Two others are facing tough re-election battles.
That means we have four chances to send new progressive leaders to fight in Washington on behalf of working families, but we need your help.
